Shelley Powers' website about RDF. She wrote the book on practical RDF, and has a nice blog discussing a number of different related issues.
I like RDF, but I think that I like the additions to OWL as well.
I'm just not checked in yet on my decision as to which flavor of OWL. I mean, I really enjoy the idea of having executable ontological information (as in OWL-Lite, or even OWL-DL), but I also like the idea of having a full blown ontological description done of a system using OWL-Full.
